Airport Project Development Manager

Education/ Qualification

• Business, Project Management, Real Estate or related degree

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years professional business environment experience
• Previous Consultancy or Project Management experience (within Middle East)
• Previous aviation industry experience preferred

Knowledge

• Excellent knowledge in MS Office with particular emphasis on Microsoft Project,
  PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Project/Program Management Methodology:
  • Project Management Institute (PMP)
  • Managing Successful Programs (MSP)
  • Associate of Project Managers (APM)
• Agile
• Knowledge of Primavera (P6) an advantage
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of (and ability to compute) project financial
  appraisal principles and metrics:
  • Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
  • Net Present Value (NPV)
  • Payback
  • Discount Rates
  • Discounted Cash Flow

Skills

• Advanced Communication skills in English both verbal and written, Arabic an asset
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to produce high quality presentations and business reports an advantage
