Airport CEO - Mactan-Cebu Int'l Airport

Seeking experienced chief executive candidates with a demonstrated track-record of successful leadership, management and operation of commercial, private-sector oriented international airports.

Core Qualifications

• Experience w/ 10m+ mppa, multi-terminal airport
• Strong commercial focus, ability to grow business
• Change management and transformation agent

as well as delivery of transformational initiatives covering but not limited to:

• Master Planning and Capacity Optimization,
• Business Strategy and Route Development, and
• Facilities and Asset Enhancement.

Reporting directly to the Board, responsible for leadership, oversight and management of the performance of the senior management team including Deputy CEO, COO, CFO, CCO, HR Head, etc.).

Key Criteria:

• 25+ years of experience in aviation/airport sector
• 15+ years of experience in airport management at senior, or preferably executive level, with previous experience of managing complex multi-departmental organizations with a customer service focus
• English fluency essential
