Airport Finance & Budget Management Expert

International airport services firm is seeking highly qualified and experienced airport finance and budget management expert to support a broader, multi-disciplinary project team.

Key focus areas include experience in: 

  • airport business and gov't agency stakeholder engagement and management
  • transfer of knowledge and capacity building to enhance team capability/competency
  • conveying subject matter expertise and know-how and delivery of on-the-job training
  • ensuring contractual compliance with concession agreement requirements through introduction of required systems, processes and service standards
  • management of financial accounts department, incl. introduction and implementation of debt collection and receivables processes, set-up of best-in-class reporting structures, decision making guidelines, governance principles and management tools
  • budget financial control processes and files, incl. reporting on financial KPls for
    all departments, implementation of technology to improve airport finance, budget and administration performance and service quality
  • enhancing ERP utilization, system support and development, accounts payment/receivables processing, group reporting, etc.
  • development and implementation of Finance & Budget Performance Standards, Standard Operating Procedures, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators

Candidates must have a minimum of at least five years of airport project experience in the last 10 years.

English fluency required, Arabic desirable.
