Passenger & Air Cargo Traffic Development Expert
International airport services firm is seeking highly qualified and experienced passenger and air cargo expert to support a broader, multi-disciplinary project team.
Key focus areas include experience in:
- airport business and gov't agency stakeholder engagement and management
- transfer of knowledge and capacity building to enhance team capability/competency
- conveying subject matter expertise and know-how and delivery of on-the-job training
- ensuring contractual compliance with concession agreement requirements through introduction of required systems, processes and service standards
- developing airports into sustainable airline passenger and cargo (incl. e-commerce) hubs, for both domestic and int'l operations, with local and foreign carriers, including increased frequency and capacity for targeted routes
- monitoring and performance management of aeronautical revenues to ensure achievement of targets, identifying opportunities to improve passenger and cargo performance to meet or exceed industry best practices and recommendations
- cargo assessment and forwarder analysis, IATA's New Experience in Travel Technologies (NEXTT) programme, as well as successful introduction of technology and innovations in air cargo operations
- Experience in development and implementation Service Level Agreements with ground handlers and other key service providers and managing Key Performance Indicators for same.

Candidates must have a minimum of at least five years of airport project experience in the last 10 years.
English fluency required, Arabic desirable.
