Airport Concession - Transition Support - Multiple Roles (Bilingual - French & English)

Modalis Infrastructure Partners, and its subsidiary airportQM, are seeking experienced consultants to be part of a potential airport operations project in France.  

Project roles include:

Airport Operations Expert / Expert Opérations (Aéroports)

• Experience in leading all aspects of airport operations – airside, terminal, landside, baggage, etc.
• Experience in setting and managing airport OPEX
• Experience in establishing successful relationships with key airport stakeholders (air traffic, airlines, ground handlers, service providers), and external stakeholders (regulator, police, emergency services)

 Airport Commercial Expert / Expert Commercial (Aéroports)

• Experience in managing all revenue lines of the airports including, airline revenues and non- aero revenues
• Experience in driving sustainable improvements through strong client engagement and innovative thinking
• Holds strong ties with key industry players

Communications & Environmental Expert / Expert des Missions Environnementales et Communication

• Experience in leading activities towards compliance with environmental commitments of airport expansion works and ongoing operations.
• Experience in the coordination of the engagement and communications with the nearby community and media

Sustainable Development & Eco Construction Expert / Expert en Développement Durable & Eco Construction

• Sustainable development of airport growth and airport expansion experience
• Eco Construction experience in an airport environment

Airport Safety Expert / Expert Sécurité Aéroportuaire

• Expert knowledge of EASA and French Aerodrome Safety regulations and requirements
• Experience in gaining EASA Aerodrome Certification
• Experience in setting and managing Aerodrome Safety Management Systems

Airport Security Expert / Expert Sûreté Aéroportuaire

• Expert knowledge of European and French Aerodrome Security regulations
• Experience in gaining Airport Security Certification (“Agrément Sûreté”), and French “Opérateur d’Importance Vitale” requirements

All candidates are required to be fluent in the French language and to have had relevant airport experience within France.
